Etoile Football Club is a French professional football club which was formed to play as a foreign team in Singapore's S.League in 2010.

The name means "star" in French. Etoile FC is the first European team to play their trade in Singapore's professional league, as well as being the first in Asia. The team is entirely made-up of players of French origin.

As Head Coach of youth development, my tasks were:

 → Technical planning for U4 to U18

o    Annually, monthly and weekly goals

o    Establishment of a common playing philosophy for the teams

o    Monthly internal coach courses

→ Creation of specific training for U4 to U6

→ Creation of goalkeeper school

→ Holiday football clinic

→ Anglo Chinese School Primary football program

→ Attend COE coach courses conducted by National Technical Director

→ Give directions to the marketing team for all football programs
